Celebrating Initiatives That Inspire Positive Change
Catalyzing positive change so patient-physician relationships can flourish
February 2025
Dear Medicine Forward Community,
At Medicine Forward, we believe that meaningful change in healthcare comes from building bridges across organizations working toward meaningful change. When organizations align to transform the healthcare landscape, true transformation is possible. Medicine Forward deeply admires the work being done by the Healthcare Reinvention Collaborative (HRC).
HRC is dedicated to uniting healthcare change agents and addressing one of the biggest barriers to progress: disconnection. Despite the hard work of countless healthcare professionals, many efforts remain isolated, leading to duplicated work and missed opportunities for collaboration. HRC is breaking down these barriers by bringing people together to share knowledge, foster partnerships, and build a healthcare system that better serves everyone.
We are proud to support HRC’s mission and invite you to participate in their upcoming event:

Team of Teams: Our Model is Taking Shape
This very newsletter is a testament to Medicine Forward’s Team of Teams (TOT) model in action. Our team worked across four time zones, collaborating seamlessly to bring you updates and inspiration. TOT emphasizes adaptability, shared goals, and cross-functional alignment, proving what’s possible when purpose and innovation drive collaboration.
Here are the guiding principles that shaped this newsletter:
Is it good enough for now, safe enough to try? Decisions were made with agility to meet deadlines while ensuring quality.
Building Relationships and Bridges: Strong communication fostered collaboration among team members.
Passion-Energized Teams: Each team member brought their unique energy and perspective to create this impactful newsletter.
The TOT model empowers members to work creatively and effectively, showing how we can achieve great things together.
